Can we register if a division shows low stock?

Yes, but move fast. Low stock means only a few slots remain.

How do we choose Club vs Social?

Club is competitive; Social is newer or casual. The director may move teams for balance.

Can we change divisions after registering?

Yes, division changes are permitted until November 1, space permitting. Please submit your request as early as possible to increase the likelihood of availability.

Refunds are available for withdrawals before October 1. After October 1, no refunds (including partial refunds) are available as we begin making commitments to vendors, insurance providers, and other tournament expenses.
